The Chair of the Council of the Academy, Prof. Patrick Maluki, graced Kenya Diplomatic Awards ceremony organized by the International Relations Society of Kenya (IRSK) as the Chief Guest. He lauded IRSK for honouring outstanding professionals in the field of IR in Eastern Africa.
