My internship at Foreign Service Academy has offered me a wealth of knowledge and experience in Diplomacy, Foreign Policy and International Affairs. The opportunity to engage and work with seasoned diplomats and different foreign policy experts has not only given me a front-row seat to understand how foreign policy is shaped but also to gain experience in international diplomacy. From supporting in facilitating, to attending different trainings and hands-on work experience, I have further gained insight into complex concepts such as negotiation skills, diplomatic communication and conflict resolution. I’m grateful to the academy for offering me an opportunity to learn one of the six official languages of the United Nations. Thank you, to my peers and colleagues, I have learnt innovation, team-work and fun at work. I appreciate the incredible journey and the opportunities accorded to me by the Academy.
